shoes: VJ Bold 8

Test-running at Craigmillar. Really clean for most of this, very happy with the nav although I did hang half the technical controls so lets not get too carried away.

EDI o-camp 2021 continues. Peds-planned sprint round the Exchange and West of town. Pretty good stuff, got most of the legs right but definitely some challenges in there.

What am I doubling for?
Old night-o on Blackford and Craigmillar golf course. Not bad practice I guess

Note
(rest day)

Still keeping the rest days frequent on this comeback. All going well so far, but no harm staying cautious.

Sunday Apr 4 #

12 PM

Running 1:00:40 [3] 7.2 km (8:26 / km) +240m 7:13 / km
shoes: VJ Bold 8

Corstorphine Middle

Haven't run here since Junior training days, and could probably do with learning some of those lessons again. Absolutely dismal performance, but a good thing the paths weren't on the map - upgraded the errors to light green standard ;)

Fun though
