Morning About 20-25 minutes on the Bike looking at terrain for this weekend. Stairway to heaven and I think I did some pushups and Abs as well.
Afternoon IOCT pracitce - 30 minutes Ran through the IOCT once and then worked individual portions of it for about 20 minutes. Ran about a 3:05 - I want a 2:40
Orienteering (Sprint in the woods ) 50:00 [3] shoes: Soloman 2nd pair
Did a short sprint course in the woods. It all went around one center point so we were never farther than about half a mile away unless it got too dark and someone got hurt. Overall pretty easy course, about a 4k.
Doing O-trevals through the woods. It was getting dark pretty fast so our headlamps were a necessity. Because it got dark around 5:15 we probably won't go out in the woods this often anymore.
