Oz champs, relay -1st. leg. The course had 3 loops, followed the pack on the 1st one, but lost contact up a really steep hill right after the spectator control. Where still hanging in there in the 2nd group but blew it big time when I ran alone over the hill the 2nd time while everyone else went around.
But I think I where about to crack at that stage anyway. What my mind want to do, and what it remembers I ones could do, does not apply to what my legs are capable of doing... Train more, or give up.
