Treadmill 24:47 [3] 5.0 km (4:57 / km)

Legs felt very heavy. Meant to run 8km but could only manage 5.
Haven't felt this tired running at moderate speed in a long time, weird. Thanksgiving hangover?
Also did 10 mins of intervals at 10-15% incline.

Easy run, felt very comfortable, back still a little sore and I am treating my right achilles tendon carefully as it has been hurting during the first 1-2km everytime on the treadmill, for the last several months. Time for PT?

Plus 5 mins wind-down and stretching at 10-15% incline and slow speed.
