2K. Felt utterly dreadful. We've had some sleep issues out of nowhere this week, two nights with less than 2 hours sleep despite sharing duties with Rob. Ugh.

Nice relaxing yoga session in the evening before getting an early night.
Honest question - how did you folks structure your days to exercise when kiddo was little? He still wakes early enough (~6.15) that running before he wakes is unappealing. We are still on COVID hours for daycare so 8.30-4.30 is our only choice for that. If I go into work, even with a split pick up drop off with Rob, it's a short work day. I've toyed with the idea of just snacking with the little guy at his dinner so I can run in the evenings, but I bet I'm too tired for that most days.
At the moment I usually run at lunch time and lose work time. Is there a better way to do it? Or do I just have to accept that I can only fit it in occasionally? It's depressing as on work from home days I move way too little.
