sprintervals at uq. I'm so unfit, my hr was steady at 180 most of the way

My left shin really started to hurt about 10 mins into the class so I took it really easy and didn't work nearly as hard as I normally would. It continued to hurt for the rest of the class. I really hope this doesn't mean that my shin splint issues are back because that would suck!
