I ran so far!! I went from my house to the airport mobil to avoca school and back three times which should have worked out to be about twelve k's (we measured the distance in the car) but it sure didn't feel that far and i'm pretty sure my fitness hasn't improved that much. Still though this is the girl who at junior camp ran 2k's in 13 min's so I'm pretty damn proud of that effort. And it's still damn far!

hills 40:00 [3]

I did this training session on the only "hills" in Bundaberg, which are really only elongated mounds instead of hills. Still I kept at it for 40 mins, well 37 and a half, so I sprinted home to make up the time. My knees were a bit tight towards the end but they eased off when I finished. I was pretty damn proud of that effort.

I did this time trial thingy at school on the track instead of doing soccer and i got the time of 16:20 (might have been 15:20, i forgot to check the minutes hand before i started running, and it felt pretty slow so it was prob 16). It was an improvement but i need to be faster in the future. I felt a damn lot fitter than last time too.

cycling 30:00 [4]

i was meant to go for a 20-30 min warm-down today but it was all rainy and windy and i would've caught hypothermia if i went for a run so i exercise-biked it and went longer and harder than i would have if i'd been running.
