Wow, a month off from running workouts can take a toll. Who knew?
- Ran 0.9 to warm up.
- I did a hybrid of Tuesday's workout (1 km repeats) and today's workout (2 x 2 miles, or 1 x 2 and 1 x 1). But, after completing three x 1 km on the two-mile course, I faded hard on my fourth km, on the one mile course. So I called it a day and walked / jogged back to the start to check in with Coach Leslie and then walked / jogged home.
