GPHXO two-hour Score-O at Buckeye Hills. Mostly very flat and open (I forgot my knee-socks and didn't get scratched at all -- had a few cactus pokes & scratches on my arms, though).

I went counter-clockwise, starting with #21 (in retrospect, maybe 10-11-12-21-13 would have been more efficient). I blew past #21 somehow, but otherwise just small errors on the rest of the course.

I had one big, tumbling wipeout when I tripped on a rock while running full-speed going slightly downhill -- scraped & cut my hand a bit.

Beautiful weather! (High 60s, blue sky.)

GPHXO two-hour night Score-O at Buckeye Hills.

I went counter-clockwise again. I was worried that my Mexican late lunch / early dinner and acid-y michelada might have been a really bad idea, but my stomach behaved.

I got a bit lost as I approached #25. Pulled up short and went up the wrong reentrant when looking for #31. Got lost again nearing #34.

When I got to #30, I realized I was running out of time, so I skipped #20 and #12 in order to make a beeline back to the start / finish. Unfortunately, this area of the map was VERY rocky -- so I couldn't move very fast and I ended up a few minutes over the time limit.

It rained for most of this event, but the air was warm enough that the rain wasn't unpleasant.

It was snowing the whole time and the paths were slushy / snow-packed -- but not windy and not very cold (~36°F) -- pleasant.

Runners Roost weekly group run. Pleasant -- not too cold, not windy. But I ate WAY too much of the post-run snack selection (PB pretzels and Costco cheese / caramel popcorn combo...) and then a bunch of fried crap at dinner with the group afterwards. Ugh.

- Imported a few 2019 waivers.
