i ran around the vassar farm, the woods are beautiful, perfect for orienteering. i ended by doing some 4 strides and stairs.

i ran around the trails of the Vassar farm. It was incredible, runner's high all around. after running for 30min. I ran 2x800m, running the first one in 2:38, and the second one in 2:35. then I ran a 7:40mile and then jogged down. I felt tired but good at the end.

I went running around the campus for 20minutes, then i did 2x~550m intervals, my splits were: 1:34, and 1:42. then i jogged back.

i warmed up 9minutes, then i stretched and ran another 9 minutes through the woods, by this time it was really dark and i got fairly lost and just managed to find my way out. I then ran a 6:30 mile and jogged back 1km, then i picked it up and ran a 1:51 600m. i jogged back in 8:17min.
i felt good, and not too tired.

I had a trial run with the XC team today. wow, there practices are hard. We started out by running a 4 mile warm-up, then we did 2x 3.8km tempo runs, the first one i averaged 6:10 for the mile, and the second one i averaged 6:12 for the mile. after that i was exhausted, but we did 6 strides, and then jogged back 2 miles. My left hip started hurting on the jog back, so i iced it, and i also iced my legs.

I ran around campus, nice and easy. however, at the end of my run my left hip started to hurt a bit, so thats not good.
