Went running with my dog. I did two pickups in the middle of the run, felt good at the end.

We had track practice, and I ran at RCC. I jogged 800m, then ran 4x400m averaging 64sec. I then worked on speed, and ran short sprints, and worked on baton handoffs with the rest of the team. I felt like i was getting sick, so i diden't want to push it too hard.

I went running with Erin around the Fellowship, making three loops. The first loop felt good, the second loop was harder, and the third loop was hell. I was really tired at the end, but i felt that my endurance was greatly increased for next time.

Went to RCC, but they had a fair, so we ran in the hallways for awhile, then went back and ran around the school and jogged around. Not a hard practice.

I went orienteering in Tenafly, it was really fun, but i felt a little rusty, and was wondering around a bit in the middle part of the course. I need to work more on focusing on the map and knowing my exact placement on it.

Ran on the anchor leg of a sprint medly team, felt ok, but i need to warm up more before the race. I ran the 800m in 2:03.

Went up to Yale and ran in the 4x800m, i was the second leg, and ran 2:03, we ended up running 8:34, and coming 4th in our division.
