Workout (basketball and erg) 40:00 [5]

played basketball for awhile, then did a core workout and spent 10 intense minutes on the Erg. felt exhausted afterward.

Had a great sprint considering its been awhile. Started out slow and found C1 fine, but going to C2 I went too far to the right and ended up at C3 instead (that was probably my biggest error on the course). After that I spiked the next 3 controls, but going to C6 is where my lack of running caught up to me, I hit the brick wall as they say. My pace slowed a bit, and I was definitly in anaerobic debt, but I was surprised and happy to find that I could keep my focus and more or less reached the other controls without mishap.
