Went up to Harriman and just took a map of Bailytown, and started running, picking points on the map and then finding them. I forgot my compass, so i worked on orienteing myself by the contours and roads. Got some of the rust out, but i need to do a lot more training before I can peak in the summer.

Went to RCC and jogged up 400m. Then i ran a 400m in 65sec, rested 60sec, ran a 250m in 42sec, rested 50sec, and then ran a 61sec 400m. After that they closed down part of the track so i was stuck running 200m. I ran 10x200m with about 30sec rest inbeween. I ran the first 200m in 33sec, rested 1min, ran 29sec for the next, rested 37sec, ran 30sec, rested 30sec, ran 28sec, rested 30sec, ran 28sec, rested 30sec, ran 30sec, rested 30sec, ran 30sec, rested 2.5min, ran 28sec, rested 30sec, ran 32sec, rested 30sec, ran 32sec, rested 1.5min. Then I ran 7x200m where i started sprinting, slowed to a jog and then sprinted in. i ran those in 35, 31, 48, 34, 40, 33, 38. Then i ran a few 100m sprints and jogged down 800m. I went swimmimg after that, feeling pretty tired.
