Running (running with my dog) 42:00 [3] 6.0 km (7:00 / km) +120m 6:22 / km
shoes: Nike Free

I jogged all around the Fellowship community (mainly on trails, but a little in the woods) for about 38 minutes, sprinting for 50m every 10 minutes. Then i ran 3 stair sprints, and one hill sprint. I felt really good and sweaty at the end.

I ran the half. I started out by getting sandwiched between two huge guys and getting stuck in the back, then somebody clipped me in the first hundred meters, and i lost all my momentum, but after that i managed to settle back into my pace and i crossed the 400m mark in 59 seconds, however, then i made a mistake and started my kick too early because i was still mad from the beginning of the race, so with about 300m left i drew even with the leader, and then passed him for a few steps, but rigamortis set in with 200m left and i just lost momentum and coulden't keep up with the first pack. oh well, next time.

I played really hard, and got big blisters on my feet. But now i won't feel pain when I step on rocks.

I jogged up 1 mile, then did 8x200m at 31seconds for each one, and with 30seconds rest. I then ran a 80 second quarter and ended with 4x100m sprints. I felt really bad today, tired, stuffy nose, and i coulden't get my 200m intervales down. Right nowi'm trying to run a good 800m this friday at county champs, but i need more rest.
