I warmed up by running 2.5 miles, then i tried running 2 quarters, god did i feel slow. the first one was in 75sec, and the second one was i did in 71 sec. then i went and ran three stairs and jogged a little to warm down.

I ran three loops of our old 2.5 XC course, the first loop in 20:59, then 19:54, and the last loop in 20:10. My upper body felt good and my breathing was fine when i finished, however, my legs were killing me and felt like lead.

I warmed up 3miles slowly, then i ran the next 2.5 miles in 18:44 and jogged down the last half a mile. I felt a little tired at the end and my head hurt a little.
