I went running through the vassar woods, very exhilerating, then i did a 400m at 66sec, felt ok at end.

Went to indoor track, and warmed up 8min, then did short sprints and such, warmed down 8min and did pushups and crunches.

I went running for the first time in days. it felt really good, but i was fairly tired at the end. I just ran at a steady pace, until towards the end when i ran a 6:46mile, my splits for each 400m were: 92, 92, 84, 69.
