I ran around the Vassar Farm with a map. I tried to visualize what the terrain would look like on the map while running at the good pace and reading the routes i would take.

I ran around the VC farm at a fairly good clip, and torward the end did three 80m fartlicks. I felt tired but good at the end. Then I went to the gym later in the evening, and did push-ups and sit-ups and rowed.

Ok, enough farting around. Today marks pre-season for Track, so now i'm going to be training more rigerously, and hopefully more diligent in writing on attackpoint. I warmed up today with a 15min. jog, then i ran 4x800m with about 2.5 minutes rest. my splits were: 2:33, 2:41, 2:37, 2:35. then i jogged down 17:37. I did 35 pushups, and 70 crunches, as well as some supermans and cobra streaches. My left hip bothered me a little on the jog back, and i felt pretty tired at the end.
