Ok, enough farting around. Today marks pre-season for Track, so now i'm going to be training more rigerously, and hopefully more diligent in writing on attackpoint. I warmed up today with a 15min. jog, then i ran 4x800m with about 2.5 minutes rest. my splits were: 2:33, 2:41, 2:37, 2:35. then i jogged down 17:37. I did 35 pushups, and 70 crunches, as well as some supermans and cobra streaches. My left hip bothered me a little on the jog back, and i felt pretty tired at the end.
