Felt ok, went around farm loop, did some short pick-ups in the middle of my run. some pain in my lower back, but not too bad. I had a taste of my old speed going down a steep hill and it felt good (although it was really windy and I could have just imagined myself going fast). Looking forward to a Hike in the Gunks tomorrow.

I got my first real taste today of what it will feel like to be old. I am so sore from yesterday I could barely move this morning. I jogged around hoping it would be better, but so far its still pretty hard to move without causing pain. I guess this is my hazing period as I get back into running.
