Orienteering race (Blue Mt. HVO meet) 41:10 [4] *** 4.35 km (9:28 / km) +150m 8:04 / km
spiked:6/13c shoes: Integrator

Started off good, spiking the first 4 controls, then I got into anarobic debt and lost concentration, making lots of little mistakes on the next 4 controls. I forced myself to slow down a little and managed to focus somewhat on the rest of the race. Ok run considering I haven't had much practice lately, I still need to work on being able to quickly refocus after making a mistake. But from the results, I ran much better than I thought.
