Running - Trail / Grass (some road, too) 22:40 intensity: (21:09 @2) + (1:31 @5) 3.1 mi (7:19 / mi) +40m 7:02 / mi
ahr:146 max:166 slept:10.0 shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8

I ran from grandma Sarah's gym into Rossmoor and back, doing 2 x 50 fast strides (30.3 and 30.4 sec.), then 2 x 25 fast strides (14.9 and 15.7 sec.) My legs felt okay, but somewhat tired.

Running - Road / Track (some trail and grass, too) 1:11:50 [2] 9.0 mi (7:59 / mi) +195m 7:29 / mi
ahr:137 max:161 slept:8.9 shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 8

I ran out Ygnacio Valley Road to Heather Farms, then West along the Canal and Briones-Mt. Diablo Trails to the Acalanes Ridge Open Space, then home via the usual route via Rosemont Ct. I had intended to run for about 55-60 minutes, but I underestimated how long this route would take, and I made it up as I went along, anyway, since I didn't know I would find a trail up to Acalanes Ridge and was happy to explore it when I did. My legs felt fairly good early on then somewhat tired toward the end of the run.

I ran from Sarah and Franz' house in Walnut Creek up to Acalanes Ridge, then across Pleasant Hill Road, part way up Lafayette Ridge and back.
