Easy run. Was pretty slow, legs didn't feel great and hip wasn't 100 :/ Also didn't have anything to eat beforehand, not doing that again

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)

Jogged to the Latah Trail

Running 37:11 [5] 7.32 km (5:05 / km)

3 x 3 min, 2 min, 1 min with 90 seconds jog between. I sometimes walked part of the 90 seconds recovery as the legs were tired. Also did another 2 minute at the end. Head wind part of the way which was not fun.

Running warm up/down 12:30 [2] 2.0 km (6:15 / km)

Mostly up hill back home from the latah trail. Legs were feeling very tired

Did a couple of hikes around Acadia national park, so pretty, nice to see some ocean

In Boston visiting my sister in law and her brother. Walked around Boston did the freedom trail and climbed 294 stairs to the top of the war memorial. Then drove to Acadia National Park
