Nice afternoon run at Harmony Hill. Feet a little bothersome, but nothing that stopped me.

I went for a run at Cheslen after school, but a mild ankle tweak just a minute in freaked me out, so I walked back to the car. I was given permission to go for a ride in the 70 degree sunshine later. Felt good, but absolutely brutal winds on the way back to Exton Park from KOP.

First run since Florida. Feet are healing rather well, some soreness (especially in the achilles) but no real pain. Cheslen was nice, trails were pretty dry.

I planned on a run after the gym, but the rain came (very) early. I wasn't in the mood for any suffer-training, so I put in a hard ride at home.

After months of thinking, I finally asked Noah if he wanted to go for a run with me. He loved the idea, and reportedly spent all day talking about it at school. I picked him up and went to Starr Farm Park for a 1 mile run around the loop. He told me twice that it was boring, and wanted to walk 2 or 3 times, but asked to do it again tomorrow when he was getting back in the car.

Recovery ride on the CVT from Exton to KOP. Beautiful out, legs felt pretty good. Found myself pushing at times despite that not being in the plan.
