5.5 hour round at Taboo but with carts. So only counted as 1 hour of walking. Not exactly a cardio workout but great for working on proprioception by walking on uneven ground. Definitely come a long way there even from just earlier in the summer.

Trail and road running up at Taboo in Muskoka. Needed to switch off the trail about half way through. But all in all, felt pretty good for such a long run.
