Easy pace on the treadmill at gym. Right hip was bothering me right from the start and is worse now at 11pm. I'm starting to think that the Chilly Half Marathon is a bad idea. Left ankle feels awesome but the right gets worse with the running. I wish I could have the surgery tomorrow so that I'll be "bionic" sooner.

Lower Body - Leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf raises. 3 x 12 for each.
Upper Body - Chest Press, Seated Row, Shoulder Cables, Biceps, Triceps, Lat Pulldown. Stretching out hips which were sore from yesterday's run. Run tomorrow no more than 30 minutes (5 km at easy pace on treadmill).
