Ashbridge's Bay to end of Beach and back, repeat twice. Each leg is 2.5km. Wind at my face going out but with me on the way back. Felt pretty good, didn't push it too hard. Epsom salt bath to finish off.

Will be interesting to see if I can break 50 minutes on the Sporting Life 10k.

Still waking up with a sore throat and bit of a cough. Would like to shake this by the weekend in Augusta.

Got to swim club at 8:40, only to find out it started at 8 and not 9. Oops. Need to make it a regular Wednesday thing as I've forgotten what time it starts (and how to swim)! Felt strong tonight.

Tough time getting up this morning. Wanted to get in Victoria's spin class but all full. So just a spin on the trainer at home. Didn't really have the legs for it today though. :-( Need to book Vic's class the day before next time.

2 hours at the driving range afterward. Hitting the ball really well. Bring on the golf season.

Pilates class with Bonnie. Really good class. I think I'll have to make it one of my regulars. And bonus that she teaches 3 times per week at lunch.

Quick 4k around the neighbourhood. Not a lot of energy for this run. Faded a lot in the last km. Been doing a lot of training lately so it's not a surprise. Time for an epsom salt bath. Calves and hamstrings were a little tight.
