Ian's swim class. Awesome class. Felt really strong, especially with the pull buoy. Kick is really screwing me up. Need to work on this.

Working on my left hamstring. Tendon around knee is quite tight and sore after 10k run last Friday and all of the walking at the Masters. No long runs for at least a few days. Swim tonight and bike tomorrow.
