Really good pilates class. Right ankle feeling better, not 100% but better. Hopefully last week was just a scare -- little too much running too soon. Start slow and build the mileage up gradually. Victoria's duathlon probably not the best idea this weekend.
Goal will be to swim and bike 3x per week for the next couple of weeks. Perhaps a few really short runs (2 - 3 km) at a really easy pace.
