w/Rich & Niall. Iain D timing. Lap splits: 68, 73, 77, 71. 04:51.

Started too fast (start line excitement), which probably impacted the next two laps. Felt like I was going to die going in to the 3rd lap but I think this effort is supposed to feel like that. Was able to put in a bit of a sprint at the end.

An inefficient effort, keen to try again to put some lessons learned in to effect.
