Wanted to do something harder, so the plan was 30 minutes tempo on the treadmill. The pace didn't end up being tempo although my heart rate was up so didn't push it. Heart rate might have been too high even, but Garmin connect says it was aerobic. Not sure how reliable it is though, don't know my Max HR so it's hard to say. Other than that the hip held up ok, no hindrance during the run and can only feel it slightly now. Time to test it in the real world.
