Note

Stretched throughout the day, while also using a massage gun and roller. Didn't do it at any particular time or pattern, instead just targeting the points that hurt whenever I noticed them.

Probably came out to around 45 minutes total by the end of the day

Didn't do any running, as my legs were not up for it.
