Simple road run, nothing special. Felt pretty good, I think Track is definitely paying off, as even though it is a different type of training, I feel far fitter than earlier this year. One thing I've noticed a lot recently is the change in my breathing. I believe the sprint training is really helping me control my breathing a lot more, slowing it down and not feeling like I'm ever running out of air.

Not a very long warm up, however I made sure to stretch before starting my run. Walked about 500m while doing stretches and exercises
Really focused on my one hip, as I can tell the tendon is getting sore, and I've been having some issues with it recently.
