LOVELY day! Sunshine!! Up RBT twice, found Alice in Hutton village and got to run with her up hanging stone and along the moors. Then split off for monument and home.

Legs feeling good after yesterday! This weekend has been suuuuuch a confidence boost!!

Finally got to go home, play in the fells and see the family, if only for the day. Had the best day, food for the soul. Very upset to come back east.

Leg 2 on pace with dad and Mark. Felt super easy and finished feeling like I could go again (a big relief!!), turns out climb does = climb and lots of repetitive climbs in NE translate to feeling strong on big climbs! Good!!! Lots to look forward to

WU, hill tempo efforts around the monument roughly 6mins each. Good!! Some improvements from last time I did this session. Just feeling so good running uphill at the moment!

Nice 2hr beach walk with Jenny Ash and Peb this afternoon. SO good to have the greyhound pelting full tilt and playing with pals
