Note

Going for a 2nd rest day this week, walk and lovely time with Beth, Rory and Tilly this afternoon, but once they left suddenly felt like I had actually only had 3 1/2 hours sleep this morning.

Super pleased with climb and time on feet this week

Cleveland hills search for vert, legs felt great!! Had to do a lot of cajoling myself round as suuuuuuch a repetitive route, nic had his headphones (how selfish) but good practice for rough patches. Definitely not getting my fueling right this weekend, got hungry towards the end. Also must dig my “women are not small men” book out as think being so close to period and it being warm is messing with my salt requirements
