Didn't have a lot of time to warm up. There was a lot of traffic so I missed my start time.

Today was 80 degrees, I chose to fight the blackberries and not suffer from overheating (and I have the scratches to prove it). THIS RACE FELT GREAT. I started after all my competitors and caught up to every single one throughout the course. I didn't feel the strongest physically when going up hills in the blistering heat (which we were sent up and down multiple times). I am really happy with how I navigated most of my legs tho.

Also I beat Ing who set the controls and raced non-competitively. Also masks had to be worn at all times, which although brutal was great training.

Running to tennis courts to do workout...harder than warm up pace. It's very hot today.

62 floors climbed in 30 minutes. It was 75 degrees out (which is hot for here). I reached 207 heart rate so that's saying something...but honestly I'm proud of how hard I worked today.

This race didn't go as well as yesterday. Made mistakes on 1 and 6, with extreme hesitation on 7. I had some good legs as well like 3-5 and 8 to 9. I'm glad I got some good training in such great terrain. Also much climb and rock climbing too.
