2nd WIOL meet of the season. Had a few minor mistakes but other than that it went pretty well.

4x800m with a couple min rest at around 2:45 each (watch was having some problems), then 4x200 with 200m jog in between, no stopping at 38, 40, 39, 36.
Was not feeling good today and didn't get much sleep last night, hopefully next time goes better.
