ran/walked to work. the cold was worse this morning after last night so i decided to go real slow and walk most of it today. in normal training the intensity would be about 3 but coz i have the cold it felt like 5!! if that makes sense... ran about 3-4k. walked the rest.

was a free class so there was 2 guys with a bunch of 30-40 girls..they luved it!! was good fun. really hard on the legs!!
just before intervals

managed to do 2 x 1k. couldn't really breathe properly coz my throat was killing. think ive made it worse :(.

was going alright and then made stupid errors in the last half of the course.. like going to 8 before 6 :(.

new map at petrie. ran without a compass. no problems at all just felt like SHIT! real tired and i have a sore sore throat..think i'm getting sickkkk :(

ran to the cutting - was dead before i got there :(.

running intervals 15:00 [4]

4 x 900m/1k intervals up the trail near the bat cave.
the first and the last were probably the only real sprints. krys left after me and caught me on the 3rd, i had nothing! probably the slackest interval session.(my wach is broken so couldn't take times, but was about 10-15 secs behind krys everytime)

ran from the cutting to the village - just took it real easy and spoke to krys the whole time.

riding (spin) 45:00 [4]

did my first spin class. legs hurt heaps and i think i'll be sore tomorrow! :)

ran/walked on the treadmill.. most boring thing ever! the only thing which kept me going was the tv. when id run my earphones would come out so i resulted to walking.

similar to windows o, but the control circle was blacked out so we had to map it. i'm hopeless! apparently i need to work on my artistic ability .. :(.
felt real heavy and couldn't find the energy to try.

told this chick at work to work later so i could go for a run... she said that was cool but then she rang me up at 2pm and said laurina i can't work late coz i wana go out and train i was like wtf, since when did u start training?!lol. so i was the nice girl i am and went in early to take her place!
i was not a happy chappy :(

ran the long way home from work. my feet were sore. settled into a really slow relaxing pace and neva got out of it until the last 3k. was NO effort and REALLY boring!! :(. neva doing it again!

ran to the village and stopped at the bowls club. felt like shit 4 the first bit, krys was pulling away and had to work my arse off to catch her. she was running really well for the first 10 or so mins!!
had a sharp random pain behind my knee (felt like a cramp which then made the front of my knee sore :(. )

sprinted up the big hill. well tried to...

crossed the rd and then went up the other hill and ran home. krys caught me (scared the shit out of me coz i thought she was way behind..obviously not!! nice work sis! :)

rode to samford then ferny hills pool. it wasn't very fast coz someone kept on complaining..

swimming 40:00 [2]

swam 1k with krys. mucked round, couldn't stop laughing through most of the laps..someone kept grabbing my leg...hmm krystal!!!

rode to camp mt through the train line. was faster than the ride there.

orienteering race (mt cootha gardens) 30:38 [3]

couln't really be bothered to push myself phsically. stuffed up pretty bad last time, so took it real easy and stopped regulary to check the map. had no problems :), just a minute on number 4 (it was the track bend which wasn't really a track).
