went to watch the steve irwin thing at the zoo, so i was on my foot the whole day, its not too good, really sore all day! its starting to hurt in a different spot as well now..
aww the service was sooo sad, i was a mess!

really wanted to do the 8k course, but my foot was killing this morning and didn't want to make it any worse, so i did the 4.9k, i still think it was too much, coz its really sore at the moment! my navigation was fine, i just didn't want to run on it.

ran from the event to where we start our run..it was very hot

trail running 31:36 [4] 5.5 km (5:45 / km)

ran the common loop at bunyaville. last time i ran this course was about 3 days before qld champs to test out how fit i was and i did 32.28 and today i did 31.36. krystal pushed me soo much, she lead the whole 1st half and i was struggling to keep with her, but ended up getting her on the hills in the 2nd part. it was a really good run, soo shagged afterwards.

flagged intervals this arvo coz i had to put the controls out for bunyaville tomoro. it was fun but it started to get dark and me and krystal were stuck in this massive green gully with spikey stuff everywhere..still have to put that one out 2moro!

did a 3k loop with olly, i swear thats the most ive eva run on a course..i ran up every hill!!! didn't i olly?!... didn't really trust myself tho..i would run into the control circle and id be like..olly am i right? i think it was the pressure..it was pretty awesome, we so wanted to get u kieran!!..and guess wat..we smashed u!! hehe

ran the loop backwards. i was heaps slack on this one, i was soo dead..olly killed me!

After a night of cocktails..i felt like shit, but seemed to run a okay..just a bit dehydrated. i still managed to stuff up the 1st and 5th controls. wasted about 3mins, so not that big, for number 1 i was in a creek too far over and on the 5th i went in to early...i think i got my uncle lost..my bad!...oh who won krystal??!! hehe.
p.s - does everyone know the course distance was adjusted...we ran 4k!!! so much for 6.lol.

At the 1st control i totally stacked it, my shin is all ripped up..it hurt!

krystal, kurt and i went out to run the loop through the village and samford downs..but when we hit the dirt track kurt was agesssss behind, and we were like wtf! so me and krys ran to the village and then turned round to see if he was ok...(he usually leads us!) so we just ran back home..think it might have been 6k all up. poor kurty hope ur o tay!!!! gona do more training now widdle crab??..

trail running hills 5:00 [5]

when we got back we ran up and down our driveway 5 times..kurt seemed to be gunning it now! it was about 1min rep each time, i was soo trashed after..never knew how good our driveway was!!!

since olly and kieran bailed on me!! i went and did sprints with krystal..we did 2x200, 2x400, 2x800, 2x400, 2x200. it was pretty fun..it was krystals idea and it worked really well...my legs are more sore than normal wednesday intervals..so thankyou krystal.hehe
p.s - so much for the mighty duck spirit guys!

flagged the run this arvo..i was soo tired! i'll give it a go on thursday, considering i was the one who asked cliby for the run..and i was the one who didnt do it! my bad. i did 300 situps and then the hover for 1min! does that count as anything? hehe

ran to jareds - up the range and through the bush. i was sooo damn hot! stopped at ironbark gully to have a drink..i felt terrible!

trail running hills 7:00 [4]

just stopped short of jareds at patrick rd and decided to wlk down the hills (coz my knees hurt) and sprint up them...there was only 3 tho.

ran the loop up bunya rd, jinker track (got lost) and then back down the range. it was a real slow run but the hills still got me and my knees started to hurt ..i dont usually run next to the rd but couldnt be bothered to drive to bunyaville.
