mass start. had to find the feature in a very big control circle.
calf felt tight and weird.

legs got numb standing in the nice cold ocean after, then straight to the sauna, and then a nice klubb dinner:).

orienteering race 51:13 [3] ***** 6.0 km (8:32 / km)

werent allowed to run swedish champs coz already run a national champs this yr - stupid swedish rules.lol.

had Fryklubbs instead, which turned out to be a big team competition.
ran well, but still had the one control which let me down:(. legs were feeling sore and heavy from this week. glad the race was over.

absolutely freezing weather.

ähus map near club house. very very flat, 2.5m contours, needed compass alot and i didnt use it, had a bit of trouble, the map was so old, 3/4 way through i had a loop of controlls which were now houses :(.

came back and did a sprint loop with a newer map. was good.

10 mins out past the windmills to the old shack then couple of stretches 10mins back. nice sunny day.

riding 45:00 [3]

rode next to bryan while he ran. lost track of the time and had to be back real quick so jumped on the handle bars and he rode the rest of the way. him doubling me was faster than me riding, i think that says something about the way i ride... :(.

the day turned out to be shite, freezing rain with a massive wind.

witnessed bryan change his first nappy today!!! i was on the floor laughing, it was so funnny. even a couple of hrs later while we were going for our run i still couldnt stop laughing. the look on his face will never be forgotten!!!!! by the end of it he'll be a pro ...

orienteering race 39:22 [5] **** 5.5 km (7:09 / km)

was nervous and got scared to begin with, the top chick of the team was telling me who i have to look out for and try to stick with, i was like 'woah ease up on the pressure'. had a pretty good run, kept with the pack, took the lead, and fucked up 3mins on the next control:(. was freaking out and the pack got way infront. came through map change a couple of minutes down. the last loop was sweet and some how caught up and came into change over only 20secs down on the leader:). 1st for PAN. nice day.

orienteering race 25:00 [4] **** 3.3 km (7:35 / km)

regional middle distance champs.
i ran faster and concentrated harder and finished quicker, becoz i didnt have to concentrate as long.... in the words of 'the god'.

got selected to run elites in the relay 2moro... 1st leg in the 1st team for pan-kristianstad. how exciting!!....

club training. test race. got away from the girls and couldnt be bothered to push it, just settled into a nice relaxing pace:).
