cutting loop but had to make it longer and more hillier coz my normal dirt track was flooded:(. saw another massive snake to the left of our house now and about the same distance away as last time, this one was cut in half and about the size of two hands put together.. it was right at the beginning so i was scared the whole run and couldnt enjoy it:(

omg i am in so much pain. i had it all planned that after seeing mark today i could go and do steet o tonight.. my calves feel sweet as but my back is soo sore. he said i should feel like ive been hit by a bus for the rest of the day but feel ok tomorrow... i hope so!! glad i took till friday off from work.. good for my back:) but bad for my wallet:(.

cutting loop ( a.k.a bat cave trail for purt). was good. when i was running slow i thought i was feeling my calf but when i was running fast it was awesome:)!! still seeing physio tomorrow (hopefully its all in my head now:))

real easy w/ kryso and mark. absolutely luved it!!! felt sooo good to be running. calf was fine and it was a pretty hilly route (mcdonalds loop) :).
