very easy wanted to see how i would go after running yesterday coz calves have been fine all day:). went up the main gully and came onto the ridge early then went back down to home. was a nice run even tho the bugs were out in force. calves were fine while running but tightened once i stopped.

deadmans flat. was ok apart from no3 on my first loop. saw mr j robertson and just totally lost contact and kept running. caught clare back up and was ok for the rest. kept it at a not so fast pace. calves felt good for such a long effort. :). now hot chippies with lots of salt:) mm

to the start. birchy was running too fast for me and i was already stuffed.

easy round the B course. was a great course absolutely loved it. was hoping to get any left over maps so i could train there but pretty sure they were running low.. calves felt good.

played soccer in the park with byan today. was fun. calf has been very sore all day. cant believe a easy run yesterday has done this to me. and i feel so unfit. its so depressing:(. at least bryan is running well:)

up the single track to DH and then down to joannes (had to check if shane actually went to school! - he did...i think).

from joannes to home. calves really tight and sore.
back also sore tho has been really good lately but i usually walk after ive seen him, instead i sat in a car for 3 hrs.

up dead dog gully onto the track up DH. was soooo many flye things i was running with my eyes closed and head down it was so un-enjoyable! so i turned round and went home via jo-annes.

5 min jog, 5mins walk repeated. for 3 reasons...
1. my calves
2. still felt sick from lastnight..
3. had just eaten extremely garlicy pasta, but it was nice :)
is an unreal day outside!!!!! i want to sunbake:)

around and up OTH to watch the KOM. was absolutely freezing!!!! the tea and cake went down a treat:)

into town to the chiro. my calves hurt every step. had to get bryan to pick me up on the way home from work:(. the pain was so bad it felt like it was months ago... spoke to him about compartments and stuff and he said it could be but my back is not right, and once my back is right and i still have the problem then we will look at other conclusions...
no o tomorrow:(

warm up then didnt realize the run to the start was so long. i was getting worried where i was going..

kooyoora. stuffed up 5 the worst. can hardly walk now i am in so much pain. dont think ill be running tomorrow:(

orienteering (vic mid) 46:00 [3] 4.4 km (10:27 / km)

went really slow coz i was scared of stacking it. also didnt want to get completely lost coz it was freezing so tried to stay in contact with the map the whole time. on one of my routchoices i came past a control thinking "thats my last", so when i came to my last i just ran past my control to the one i passed on my way.... i mpd on the last control. havent done that before... was a freezing, miserable day. such a shame coz a nice day wouldve made it a good day out.

to the start and back. had to walk a bit back coz my calves tightened up pretty badly. hopefully they last the weekend...
1month till something special:)

did the space racing course. wasnt really orienteering tho just running. really missed my space key tho;)

feeling beta today:) slept till 12...
round the res. was freaking out about getting my nice white shoes dirty so tried to avoid puddles, didnt really work:( was awesome in the rain. went the shorter way up diamond hill.
