nice map. was soo hot tho:(. stuffed up the first but cant believe i stuffed up the 2nd last! how silly. was happy with how i did some other legs. haven't had any problems with my calves at all over the weekend!!!!!!!!! YAY!
single track up DH then back - felt soo bad. increased the pace (was still going slow) in the end and felt better so made it a tad bit longer by just running up the track a bit more... it was HOT!!
