calves are tight like a tiger.

made a day of it. left early in the morning and rode to the coast (pizza on the way), 2hr boat trip then rode home. was a great day:).

frrom simons up around skatas forest, past lakes to the top of the ski hill - did some stretches and then ran home. felt like SHIT!!!! (lakes are impressive and the sky was pretty pink)

warm up and down with chalmers OL to meet IFK.
so pretty running around lakes during sunset:).

5 x 3min on 1 min off, 5 x 2min on 1 min off, 5 x 30secs on 30secs off.
wasnt up for such a hard session. calves were very tight warming down. think im going to struggle running 14k this weekend :(.

absolutely shit!!! was pissing down rain, freezing cold and pitch black. came off line to number 4 and ended up in green, couldnt see for shit, noone was around and i was on my hands and knees trying to get out. ran the last bit with bryan, coz i was scared of getting lost again. hate being out there when i can see no headlights and not having confidence in myself, all i think about is getting lost:(. i am now sick and hate night orienteering, but i'll probably get dragged out again next week...

been injured the last 2 and a half weeks, havent been able to run at all:(. feels a bit better now as i can walk without it hurting. see how this week goes...

1st run since ive been injured. ran 3c. was ok. came 53rd out of 347 on my leg.
great event. team came 38th overall.

weights and core 40mins.
leg felt the best its felt. can still feel pain but is okay when i walk:).

shin felt quite sore today, very tight when i massage it.
