to the video shop to return some movies then turned round, down houston st, up to the national park and then back home through dead dog gully. was pretty slow so did 3 hills at 30mins to get me moving...kinda worked...

usual wed run - up the single track, down DH behind the cemetery to joannes then home. was so nice to get it done early while the sun was shining:) did my lil stretches and stuff for about 45min getting a tan....

calves felt unreal when i woke up this morning. felt good on the run also, bit tight after but my whole body still felt sooo tired.

soooo tired in my legs. did some silly errors but always had good control flow. had a nice green carpet too.:)

its been a couple of hrs after running and my calves have gotten extremely tight. i walk retarded. tomorrow i will do nothing other than a walk!

only wanted to do around 45mins but as u do.. i got going and was just like one more, one more and just kept going. i was pretty stupid. was really nice and greeen. if the top guns had been there they would have easily got all the controls as i only missed 3..

fartlek inside the res fence. was soo nice inside. calves were good while doing this but just a bit tight on the warm down.. hopefully this 9month problem was my back and this chiro is finally getting it a bit looser.. and ofcourse getting awesome massages everyday:). hope i havent jinxed myself.

up the gully to diamond hill. then warm down back down the ridge. saw a car parked in a weird spot halfway up the ridge then saw a cop car driving along the track.. was such a nice time of day i actually ran in a crop top!! should have run in shorts as well:)

did leg 3 of the coliban relay in the dark with birchy and keely. was a really nice leg (jim u will like it!). the boys were good too me and didn't go too fast:). 43 for the leg.
