orienteering (OY 3) 1:17:48 [3] **** 7.0 km (11:07 / km)

took it really slow coz it was soo easy to get lost. started to lose concentration and had no controlflow throughout the course, i was physically rooted - glad i didn't do training yesterday! i am sooo tired right now. sleeeeeep. great course anna!
got 2nd in OY - yay for me! :D

couldn't go for a good run coz i got called into work early. ran to the vidlers, was soo hot. when we got there we realized we did it 1min slower than normal and were already dead, so just turned round and walked home :(.

orienteering race (bunyaville) 47:35 [3]

ran past 2, then stopped to early before 3 and got caught in all the green not knowing which way to go, then when i thought i couldn't possibly stuff up anymore i totally shagged number 4. came off the track to early and down into the creek where i thought i saw the minor track but was a single track not mapped. i relocated and figured i was on the spur to early. was not good. krys did 10mins quicker...

to the pool. my legs hurt every little hill from last nights class

a nice relaxing swim. 1k free, 250 kick.

run to the village but stop short just before we hit the rd. ran with krys with a backpack on coz we were going to the gym. felt pretty good, haven't been able to keep with her for a longgg time.

running hills 35:00 [4]

samford forest.
10min warm up. 4 x hill runs.
3.24, 3.45, 4.00, 3.57. rec jog back to the bottom.
died in the last 2, legs were really heavy.

walk 20:00 [3]

walk with the family after hills. went back up the hill (took us 6.40min) then along the top down the other side, back up and then down to base again.
