house mt, then followed horse trail. really tough run, but once on top it is absolutely beautiful!! didn't push it, L calf was really sore.

orienteering race (hardings paddock) 1:02:12 [3] *** 6.0 km (10:22 / km)

ran the 1st 2 hard and felt sooooo sick so just jog - walked the rest (was dawdling, it was such a nice day!). made 2 errors which lost me about 4mins (both compass mistakes).

down the mt and up eatons xing. feet were really sore running up the main hill.

having a sweet as run!! and then...i hit number 9. couldn't find it anywhere! and was sure i was in the right spot. after 15-20mins i ended up getting caught by all the oldies and they couldn't find it either, we all decided it was in the wrong spot or had been stolen.

did anyone go today and know what the deal was?

ran down the hill to the cutting, then back past the bat cave.
