Note

been injured the last 2 and a half weeks, havent been able to run at all:(. feels a bit better now as i can walk without it hurting. see how this week goes...

orienteering (25 manna) 23:40 [3] *** 3.5 km (6:46 / km)

1st run since ive been injured. ran 3c. was ok. came 53rd out of 347 on my leg.
great event. team came 38th overall.

rest. didn't want to stress my leg out incase i can't run at all tomorrow.

gym in stockholm.
bike 20mins
run/walk 10mins
weights and core 40mins.
leg felt the best its felt. can still feel pain but is okay when i walk:).

while pan training was on. 2 laps.

shin felt quite sore today, very tight when i massage it.

jog and walk. felt the leg for the first bit, got a bit less painfull towards the end.
