all im doing for today... so hot and horrible outside...

DH ridge down ST. v. hot out of the trees... got a stitch at the start of the track so stopped to stretch, went away and didnt come back but i slowed it down...walked the last bit back w/ byan.

up and back along the creek. saw a group of pretty little lorrikets and 5 big cockatoos, they were beautiful:)
calves sore, wanted to do easy so maybe i feel better this arvo...
