roads and trails mostly, in Harriman, pushed hard at times, walked into controls. Best outing in days, legs felt good, finally, and the woods are just started turning into fall colors. Cool, a little humid.

2 long horse loops in Forest Park (16:24, 15:39). Warm and humid after the rain. no speed in legs, plus L. knee is not 100%, discomfort level 1.5 out of 10 max. That could be from Sweden's debacle or from last week hit. First running training in a month.
