almost missed the start. rushed uphill and arrived in time. rain

orienteering long 50:00 intensity: (5:00 @2) + (15:00 @3) + (30:00 @4) ***** 5.5 km (9:05 / km) +150m 8:00 / km
shoes: VJ Supra

a race way bellow average. very few good legs, lots of guessing- not really sure what exactly did not went right. kind of ..almost nothing. too bad since i really like that terrain. the map ? seem to me a bit harder to read . constant rain didn't help. people who started earlier and no rain, might say different stories

worked last night, went to bed after 5.30 am, and back to work by 2.30 pm ..for looong hours. squeezed this one in.. super busy week at work. commute of 2h/day does not help either. oh well.. what's new ?
