350W-360W for the first 14 or so, then a couple of weaker ones, before a rally back to 350.... probabaly as I opened the hip angle up a bit.

First long run on the roads for ages...pushed it pretty hard in places... still hard to get into z3... might add some more work at this pace into the program.

Out to Xmas common, then down to Watlington and 3 x 10mins intervals on the Chalgrove flats...270280-Wish, tough 90mins after that, before resurgance for the last hour.

... it'd be nice if I could keep on improving by 20W a week!!!
